Introduction
ReviewFlow is operated by the ReviewFlow team. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReviewFlow platform, including the business owner dashboard, QR campaign tools, and the customer review experience available through QR codes.
By using ReviewFlow, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a business owner account. By registering, subscribing, or otherwise using ReviewFlow as a business owner, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Customers who use the review experience by scanning a QR code are also subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy for that part of the service.
Description of Service
ReviewFlow helps local businesses increase Google review volume and capture private feedback from dissatisfied customers through QR-code-driven review funnels. Business owners can create and customize printable flyers, business cards, table stands, and stickers with embedded QR codes, then track scans, ratings, and conversions through a dashboard.
ReviewFlow does not write, falsify, post, or manipulate Google reviews on your behalf. For positive ratings, customers are redirected to your Google Business Profile review page to submit their review directly on Google. For lower ratings, customers may submit private feedback that is delivered to you through the platform.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting active paid campaigns, but we do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.
Accounts
Each business owner account is intended for a single user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Business owner accounts require a verified email address before accessing the dashboard. You must keep your account information current, including your contact details and business information.
You may manage multiple businesses under one account. Each business is a separate entity within the platform and must be configured with accurate business details, including a valid Google Business Profile review link.
Subscriptions and Billing
Each business requires its own QR campaign subscription. Pricing is $5 per month per campaign. Your first campaign includes a 30-day free trial; additional campaigns are billed immediately at $5 per month. A valid payment method is required at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends on your first campaign, that subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged on day 31 and on each subsequent billing date tied to that campaign.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's applicable checkout and billing terms. We do not store your full payment card number.
Subscriptions are billed per campaign. We do not offer bundle pricing, volume discounts, subscription pauses, or prorated refunds. All charges are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Campaign Lifecycle
A campaign must be activated through a successful subscription checkout before its QR code can be used by customers. Until activation, scans of the QR code will show an inactive notice and no review data is collected.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing. Your QR code and review flow remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which the campaign is deactivated automatically. Analytics for that campaign remain available in your dashboard until you delete the campaign.
Deleting a campaign is a manual, irreversible action. The QR code stops working immediately, the associated subscription is cancelled, and the campaign cannot be restored.
If a payment fails, the campaign may be deactivated immediately. You will be notified by email and may update your payment method through the self-service billing portal to restore service on the same campaign.
Customer Review Experience
When customers scan an active QR code, they must sign in before selecting a star rating. Customers may use email and password or Google sign-in. As a business owner, you are responsible for using the review funnel fairly and in compliance with applicable consumer-protection and platform rules.
Each customer email address may submit up to three ratings per QR campaign. Additional attempts are blocked to prevent abuse.
Private feedback submitted through the platform is delivered to you and may also trigger an email notification, depending on your notification settings. You are responsible for how you handle and respond to customer feedback.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse ReviewFlow. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Soliciting fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews in violation of Google's review policies or other applicable platform rules.
- Spamming customers or pressuring them to leave positive reviews.
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against customers based on feedback they provide.
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content in flyers or business materials.
- Attempting to bypass review limits, bot protection, or other safeguards.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the platform's normal operation.
- Using ReviewFlow for any unlawful purpose.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the business information, images, flyer designs, and other materials you upload or create in ReviewFlow. You grant the ReviewFlow team a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate the platform and provide the services you request, including generating exports and rendering QR review pages.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to use and upload your content, including logos, images, and business materials, and that your use of ReviewFlow does not infringe any third-party rights.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ReviewFlow if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a security, legal, or abuse risk.
You may stop using ReviewFlow at any time by cancelling subscriptions and, if you choose, deleting campaigns or requesting account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.
Disclaimers
ReviewFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ReviewFlow team disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that use of ReviewFlow will result in any specific number of Google reviews, improved ratings, customer satisfaction outcomes, or business results. Google review eligibility, visibility, and policies are controlled by Google, not by ReviewFlow.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ReviewFlow team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to ReviewFlow or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the affected campaign in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. If changes are material, we will notify business owners by email or through an in-app notice before they take effect where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of ReviewFlow after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
